Clearwave Fiber collects information through the application as described in this Privacy Policy, including, without limitation: (i) your name, email address, location, phone number; (ii) browser information and session cookies related to your access and use of the application; (iii) data insights Clearwave Fiber attains based on correlation and analytics of your information collected in providing the application, which may be used in aggregated and disaggregated formats or to obtain trend analytics, to provide the application; and (iv) the above-described collected information in aggregated and disaggregated formats. Clearwave Fiber uses the information collected as described in this Privacy Policy, including, without limitation, to: (a) provide you with the application and its features; (b) implement, improve, and enhance the application, including to make future releases available to you; (c) carry out Clearwave Fiber obligations as described or authorized in any relevant agreement and this Privacy Policy; (d) enforce Clearwave Fiber rights arising from any agreement between you and Clearwave Fiber; (e) fulfill any other purpose authorized by you and reasonably required for the application; and (f) enhance our current application or to provide application features.
